The classification “Indicazione Geografica Tipica” (IGT) was intended to provide a tier above the basic Vino da Tavola (VdT) for quality wines that didn't meet the regulations for DOC or DOCG.
Tasting Notes
Fior di Vino Toscana IGT has a pleasant ruby-red color. The nose opens up to aromas of dark berries, cherries and plums. The palate is well-balanced with velvety soft tannins. This young and vibrant bistro-style wine has a delightful finish that is not too overpowering and leaves you wanting more.

Bistro-style pairs well with bistro food like cured meats, antipasti, pasta with your favorite red sauce, even caesar salad or on its own!
